Partial payments and advances, with no tricks
A payment is not tied to a charge. If someone pays $120 of $400, the balance sits at $280 and keeps counting days. If they pay two months at once, the second stays as credit.
The receipt comes out as a PDF
Every payment can issue a receipt ready to send. It is generated in your language, because it is your document.
Rentia never receives your money
The payment happens where it always happened: transfer, cash, deposit. Rentia records that it happened. We do not hold third-party funds, and that is a design decision rather than a missing feature.
History is not edited behind your back
A logged payment stays logged. If there was a mistake, the correction leaves a trail — because the day there is a disagreement, the history is the answer.
